Conflict is often feared as destructive — tearing relationships, communities, and nations apart. Yet history also shows conflict as a catalyst for growth and transformation.

In this Refining Circle ritual, we will:

  2. Reflect back insights, naming tensions and strengths.

  3. Refine perspectives collectively.

  4. Explore conflict as both destructive and catalytic.

  5. Close with commitments to new approaches.
